While some people recommend eliminating dairy products, yogurt is something I eat on a regular basis. What I find to be the key is to pick the RIGHT type of yogurt. Plain greek yogurt is my favorite, I recommend Fage or Chobani. (Siggi's iclandic skyr yogurt is also very good!) Plain yogurt has significantly less sugar than flavored varieties so its the better option. Plus, once you add your mix-ins you'll have plenty of flavor!
