1 lb ground turkey (could substitute chicken)
1 zucchini, diced or shredded
1/4 cup yello onion, diced
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp oregeno
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with tin foil.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into golf ball sized meatballs and place on tin foil.
3. Bake for approximately 16-18 minutes.
