Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
5 pitted dates
2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp, ground ginger
Directions:
1. Put everything into the food processor and pulse together.
3. If its super dry, you can add a little bit of water or more coconut oil. Mixture should be wet/ blended enough that it sticks together. Using your hands, form into small balls.
4. Put in fridge to firm up. Keep in air tight container in the fridge.
