Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 (14.5oz) can black beans
1 (14.5oz) can pinto beans
1 (14.5oz) can corn
1 (28oz) can tomato sauce
1 (10oz) can diced tomatoes with jalepenos
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan on the stove and add onion. After about two minutes, add in ground turkey and let cook until brown and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
2. Add all remaining ingredients, along with the turkey, to your slow cooker and let cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Top with plain greek yogurt (or sour cream), shredded cheese, avocado slices, corn chips, corn bread, peppers, etc!
