Ingredients: 1/2 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup water 1 pear Almond Milk Small handful of Walnuts Cinnamon Instructions: 1. Turn oven on to 400 degrees. 2. Slice Pear in half, place one half in oven sprinkled with cinnamon. 3. Mix oats and water in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. 4. Add some cinnamon and diced up pear (the half that is not in the oven). 5. Optional: Add a splash of Almond Milk for creaminess. Mix together. 6. Take pear out of oven (about 10 minutes) and slice on top. Add walnuts. |
