Turkey burgers have become my FAVORITE.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 diced Red onion
Spinach (frozen or fresh)
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or steal cut oats)
1/2 cup feta
1 tsp minced garlic
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
1. Light Grill or preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Combine ground turkey, spinach, red onion, feta, minced garlic, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Shape the mixture into six patties.
3. Cook the burgers on the grill or for approximately 20 minutes
Feta Basil Burgers are also delish!
Ground turkey + 1/4 cup feta + 1/2 cup chopped basil + 1/2 tsp + worcestershire sauce
