Here's another look at a typical day for me!
6:15am - Banana as I walk to Sunrise Yoga
7:35am - Overnight oats (1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries, and 1/2 cup almond milk prepared the night before) and a black coffee (or almond milk latte deepening on the mood) that I pick up on the way to class
10:00am - Larabar during a break between classes
12:30pm - Tuna salad pepper with grapes, carrots, and cucumbers
4:00pm - finally head home from campus where I'll probably have another small snack before making dinner later in the evening!
Tuna Salad Pepper
1. Drain and rinse 1 can tuna in WATER (make sure its dry before you add ingredients)
2. Mix in tablespoons of hummus with some salt & pepper
3. Fold in diced grapes and celery
4. Scoop into bell pepper.
