Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes (cooked)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 egg
1/2 cup oats
Toppings of choice
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Pulverize sweet potatoes in a food processor.
3. Add garlic salt, egg, and oats to processor and mix together.
4. Spread out mixture onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Flip the pizza over and add toppings! (I used tomato slices, arugula, and shredded mozz)
6. Place back in oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes
