Ingredients:
1 Portobella mushroom
3 large handfuls of spinach
Olive Oil
Salt
Blue Cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Use a damp paper towel to wipe off the mushroom. Scoop out the insides of the cap.
3. Drizzle Olive oil and a little salt unto the mushroom and put into oven for 10 minutes.
4. In a sauce pan, cook your spinach with garlic and olive oil.
5. Remove mushroom and scoop into your spinach mixed with blue cheese
6. Turn the oven to broil and cook for approximately 3 to 5 minutes to melt cheese
