Smoothies are perfect to take on the go for either breakfast or snack! I don't drink smoothies as meal replacements but if you're going to I would highly recommend adding a protein powder if you aren't including it already.

Smoothie Inspiration
Note: All of these can be changed based on preference- use your favorite type of milk, add in ice cubes, greek yogurt adds creaminess, hide greens and vegetables, mix in protein powder, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness
- Handful of spinach, 1/2 banana, spoonful of almond butter, date, almond milk
-1 cup Frozen berries, 1 handful spinach, scoop of greek yogurt, almond milk
-1/2 cup rolled oats, frozen blueberries, scoop of yogurt, milk
-1/2 cup frozen mango, peach, rolled oats, coconut milk
- Banana, peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond milk
