Eggs are an EGG-CELLENT source of protein for breakfast. On days that you know you're going to be busy, having eggs for breakfast will keep you full and energized longer than a bowl of cereal.
I like to add my fillings to the pan first to get them ready for the eggs.
THINK VEGGIES. Frozen vegetables are just as good as fresh produce- you can buy bags of peppers and onions, spinach, broccoli, etc.
I recommend one green and one cheese as being a good combo (but don't go overboard on the cheese…) Feel free to add as many as you want!
Spinach and Feta
Broccoli and Cheddar
Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella
Ham, Peppers, Onions
Kale and Mozzarella
Spinach and Artichoke
Onions, Mushrooms, Avocado
Red Pepper and Goat Cheese
Tomato, Pepper, Feta
Top with salsa, sirracha, avocado, hot sauce.
Grab a tortilla, throw on some black means, and make a breakfast burrito
If you need filling ideas, look at diner/ breakfast menus!
