Salmon
Ingredients:
Salmon Filet
Olive oil
Lemon Juice
Rosemary & Dill
Garlic
Salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Pull out a piece of aluminum foil and place salmon on top
3. Drizzle fish with olive oil and lemon juice in the foil packet
4. Add dill, garlic, and salt to fish
5. Wrap closed and place in over for approximately 15 to 20 minutes
Zoodles
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
Lemon juice
Garlic
Olive Oil
Instructions
1. Using a spiralizer, turn your zucchini into noodles (I have the $9.99 veggetti from Bed & Bath but you can also you a cheese grater…)
2. Heat olive oil and garlic in a sauce pan
3. Add in Zucchini noodles and lemon juice and let cook for a few minutes until sauce
4. Remove from pan and serve.
