During the week I make oatmeal in the microwave but you could also do this on the stove top!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
toppings: banana, cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Microwave oats and water for 1 minute.
2. Stir in pumpkin puree and cinnamon- microwave for 45 seconds.
3. Add in almond milk. Microwave for 30 seconds.
4. Add toppings and enjoy!
