Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk (almond, soy, coconut)
Optional: chia seeds, greek yogurt, fruit, honey, nut butter, flaxseed, protein powder
Instructions
- Combine 1 part oats to 1 part milk in tupperware or mason jar
-Keep in fridge overnight
-In the morning, top with fruit, granola, nuts, cinnamon, etc
Mixin in Fancy Flavors (I haven't tried all of these)
Chunky Monkey --> mashed banana, nut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder
Peaches & Cream --> diced peaches, vanilla extract
Pumpkin Pie --> pumpkin puree, cinnamon
Dark Chocolate Cherry --> unsweetened cocoa powder, frozen cherries, chocolate chips, pinch of salt, maple syrup
Strawberry --> vanilla extract, strawberries, maple syrup
Banana Bread --> mashed banana, cinnamon, maple syrup, walnuts or pecans
Cinnamon Apple --> cinnamon, applesauce (or diced apples)
PB&J --> nut butter and berries
Blueberry Walnut --> blueberries, walnuts, cinnamon
