Ingredients
I can chickpeas
2 spoonfuls of hummus
1 squirt of brown mustard
1 Celery stalk
1 Carrot Stick
1/2 small red onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Rinse and drain chickpeas into a bowl and mash with a fork
2. Dice celery, onion, and red onion
3. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix together
4. Scoop onto a salad, make a wrap, eat with crackers, or enjoy straight from the bowl!
