Greek yogurt is the absolute best replacement to make a dish healthier! This feta and green onion dip was delicious with homemade sweet potato chips but would also be great with veggies like cucumber slices and baby tomatoes or with pita chips!
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. Greek yogurt (I used siggi's)
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Use a fork to make sure your feta is really crumbled.
2. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
