Ingredients:
4 to 5 Chicken Breast
12 oz bottle of Buffalo Sauce
Lettuce
Optional Toppings:
Blue Cheese (crumbles or dressing),
Shredded Carrots
Shredded Celery
Instructions:
1. Place chicken and 1/2 of buffalo sauce in slow cooker and turn on LOW (this will take six to eight hours so make sure you do it in the morning…)
2. Use a fork to shred up the chicken and add remaining buffalo sauce
3. Clean your lettuce leaves (make sure they are completely dry)
4. Scoop chicken into wraps and add optional toppings
