No yoke, this recipe couldn't be any simpler… I promise I'll eventually stop with the food puns :/
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Cut an avocado in half and scoop out the pit and some of the center to make more room
3. Crack an egg into the center and add some salt and pepper on top
4. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes (this varies on how runny or firm you want your yoke to be)
