Ingredients:
Almond Butter Chia Pudding
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. plain yogurt (I used siggi's)
1 tbsp. almond butter (any nut butter would work)
1/2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
Cinnamon Apples
1 apple, peeled and diced
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions
Almond Butter Chia Pudding
1. Combine all ingredients in an air tight container
2. Stir and shake jar to make sure everything is evenly distributed.
3. Keep in refrigerator for at least six hours, or overnight.
Cinnamon Apples
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, except the apple.
2. Stir in apple until all piece are coated with mixture.
3. Simmer in a skillet on medium-low heat until apples are tender.
You can now arrange in layers or you can just dump it all into a bowl and dig in!
