Ingredients:
1 Chicken Breast
1 Can Great Northern Beans
2 cups Chicken Stock
1/2 cup Salsa Verde
1 tsp. ground Cumin
Toppings: diced tomato, shredded cheddar, dollop of plain greek yogurt
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in crockpot and stir.
2. Turn on low for 6 to 8 hours (or high for 3 to 4 hours).
3. Shred chicken with a fork (this should be easy if its cooked).
4. Serve with desired toppings
Other topping ideas: avocado, fresh cilantro, green onions, crumbled tortilla chips.
