These are a little thinner than normal pancakes but just as delicious!
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 banana
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup almond milk
(Add some cinnamon if desired)
Toppings: fruit, almond butter, granola, etc.
Instructions:
1. Mash 3/4 of the banana (save some for toppings)
2. Add egg and mix thoroughly.
3. Mix in remaining ingredients.
4. Make like normal pancakes on the stove/ griddle. Consistency will be a little thin to flip but don't give up..
5. Add desired toppings and enjoy!
